Subscription terms
Last updated: 11 October 2026.
Who we are
Kyri Stats is operated by Simon Howe trading as Kyri Stats, 43 Harrison Road, Worthing, BN14 8LS, United Kingdom. Use our contact page for support, cancellations or complaints. These terms cover the Kyri Stats website and Android app.
Your subscription
Access costs £4.99 GBP per month. The total payable is shown before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel renewal; there is no minimum commitment beyond the current paid period. Your account and Stripe billing portal show your subscription details.
Access starts after email verification and confirmed payment. A payment confirmation may take a short time to reach us. If payment fails, access is not extended beyond your confirmed paid period. Contact us if you have paid but cannot access the service.
Cancel renewal
Go to Your account and choose Manage subscription to cancel before your next renewal. Access continues until the end of the confirmed paid period. Uninstalling the app, signing out or stopping use does not cancel renewal. If you cannot use the portal, use our contact page so we can help. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund payments already made; the cancellation and consumer rights below still apply.
Your right to cancel and refunds
For a new subscription, you can cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is made without giving a reason. Tell us clearly through our contact page or by post using the address above. You do not have to use the form below. Starting to use Kyri Stats does not, by itself, waive your statutory cancellation rights.
If you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund payments due to you within 14 days of being told, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We will not treat these terms alone as express consent to waive your cooling-off rights or to charge for early supply.
Cancellation form (optional): To Simon Howe trading as Kyri Stats, 43 Harrison Road, Worthing, BN14 8LS, United Kingdom; submit through our contact page or by post. I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the Kyri Stats subscription. Ordered on: ____. Name of consumer(s): ____. Address of consumer(s): ____. Account email (optional, to help identify the account): ____. Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper): ____. Date: ____.
If the service or digital content is faulty, unavailable or does not match its description, contact us. Your statutory rights, including any right to a remedy, price reduction or refund, are unaffected. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
What the service provides
Kyri Stats provides football fixtures and historical statistical research. Statistics describe the displayed samples; they are not calibrated predictions, betting advice or guarantees of a result or profit. Data is imported periodically and may be incomplete, delayed or corrected. Check the displayed update time, source and sample size. An offline copy reflects its last download.
The website needs a modern browser and the app needs a compatible Android device. Internet access is needed to sign in, download or refresh matches, save changes and verify subscription access. Downloaded matches and details can be viewed offline for up to 48 hours after the last successful access check, ending sooner when the paid period ends. A first successful download is required. App storage clearing or uninstalling removes local copies.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Access is for your personal research. Do not share your account, resell or redistribute paid datasets, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. These restrictions do not remove rights granted to you by law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk. We will explain the reason where lawful and practicable and provide a way to contact us about a mistake. Any refund or other rights you have by law remain available.
Changes and complaints
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription, including price changes, will be communicated in advance so you can cancel before they apply to a future renewal. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights for a period already paid for.
Send complaints through our contact page or to the postal address above, describing the problem and the outcome you seek. English law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You retain any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Read our privacy notice for how we handle personal information.
